These data are stored and used solely for the purpose of responding to your request or communicating with you and the relevant technical administration. The legal basis for processing data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your connection is intended to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Having an online presence on social media;

We maintain an online presence on social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with customers, interested parties and users who are active there and inform them about our services.

We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may cause risks for users, for example because it may make it difficult to enforce users' rights. We would like to point out that US providers certified under the Privacy Shield are committed to complying with EU data protection standards.

Additionally, user data is often processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created from users' usage behaviour and their resulting interests. Usage profiles can be used, for example, to place advertisements on and off platforms that are likely to correspond to users' interests. For these purposes, cookies are generally stored on computers where users' usage behaviour and interests are stored. Data may also be stored in usage profiles, regardless of the devices used by users (in particular if users are members of and logged in to the relevant platforms).

Processing of users' personal data, in accordance with Article 6 / 1 - clause f of the GDPR; is based on our legitimate interests in effectively informing and communicating with users. If users are asked for their consent to the data processing described above by the relevant platform providers, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6/1-a and Art. 7 GDPR.

For a detailed description of the relevant processing and objection options (opt-out), we refer to the information provided by the providers linked below.

We would like to point out that even in the case of requests for information and user rights, these can be asserted most effectively before the providers. Only providers have access to user data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly. If you still need help you can contact us.

Connection data is recorded when you access our offer. Unless you register or otherwise notify us, we will only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you access our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary so that we can display the website to you:

– Visiting our website

– Date and time of access

– Amount of data sent in bytes

– The source/reference from which you came to the page

– IP address used

The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) f GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be transferred or used in any other way. However, in case of concrete indications of illegal use, we reserve the right to check the server log files at a later time.

Google Maps

On our website we use Google Maps (API) of Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (terrain) maps for visual display of geographical information. When you use this service, our location will be shown to you and your access to us will be easier.

When you access the subpages into which the Google Maps map has been integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google's servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account to log you in or whether a user account does not exist. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Google, you must log out before using it. Google saves and evaluates your data as usage profiles (even for users who are not logged in). Such an evaluation is carried out on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalized ads, market research and/or needs-based design of the website, in particular in accordance with Article 6/1-f of the GDPR. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; you must contact Google to use it.

Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified to the US-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google when using Google Maps, you also have the option to completely deactivate the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript implementation in your browser. In this case, Google Maps and therefore the map display on this website cannot be used.

The use of Google Web Fonts is for the benefit of a uniform and attractive presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest according to Article 6/1-f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
